commence after the completion of Southern Counties Championship Show
Tibetan Spaniel Judging.















UNENTERED
DOGS


Exhibitors
are
reminded
that ALL dogs present inside the show venue must be
eligible
for entry and their presence properly recorded with the Show
Management. Puppies over 4 months of age may be entered NOT FOR
COMPETITION as per Kennel Club Guidelines for Single Breed
Championship
Shows.




NO
SPECTATOR DOGS WILL BE ADMITTED

The
Society will ensure to the best of its ability that the event is run
to Covid Safe guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure you
comply with national and local restrictions including advice given
about non-essential travel in and out of locally affected regions
(which must not be ignored) – in the interests of the safety of all
participants this may give rise to a short notice refusal of entry at
the society’s discretion. The Kennel Club will respect the
society’s exercise of its discretion.

If a competitor, or anyone in their household, has Covid-19 related
symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 they must isolate in
line with Government advice - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/

The competitor must not attend the event.












We
are delighted to be able to give this opportunity for Tibetan Spaniel
Exhibitors to show their dogs after the de
arth
of shows caused by the pandemic. SE and EATSS will do everything we
can to ensure this show is safe from Covid-19, although we can not
guarantee the show will be Covid 19 free.

Please obey all relevant guidance about the Virus while at our show.



*Please
wear a mask at all times, in the ring and when in the proximity
of
other people.



*Please
keep at least 2 metres away from people who do not come from your
household. No chairs or cages will be allowed near the ring.



*Facilities
to sanitise your hands will be present. Your ring numbers and
catalogue, if ordered, can be collected from a table near the ring
on
receiving your T
rack and
Trace form which should have full details of everyone who has
travelled
in your vehicle to the show.



*
Please show your dog’s teeth to the Judge yourself.


*The
Judge will sanitise her hands in between
examining
each exhibit.


*A
steward
will sanitise the table in between each dog


*Please
keep 2 metres away f
rom
other Exhibitors when in the ring if at all possible.



*Prizecards,
Rosettes etc, will need collecting from a table after each class has
finished.



*Please
do not enter the ring until called by the steward, who will wait
until the Judge has written critiques for those placed in the
previous class and those exhibitors have left the ring before calling
the next class.

SOUTHERN
COUNTIES CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW


If
you have A DOG OR DOGS ENTERED AT OUR SHOW AND NOT at Southern
Counties Ch Show, you will need a car park pass and a pass(es) for
your dog(s) Please make sure you enter how many dogs you are entering
only for our show and not for Southern Counties Show on our entry
form.


This
also applies to exhibitors who have entered SCCA but are bringing
extra dogs to our Championship Show.



Please
fill in at the bottom of the entry form how many dogs you are
intending to enter at our show WHO WILL NOT BE ENTERED AT SOUTHERN
COUNTIES Ch show. We will then make sure you will be sent passes for
your dogs


















Possible
capping of entries.
In accordance with Kennel Club guidance, we
may find it necessary to cap the entry. The reason for this is as we
will be not starting Judging until the Southern Counties T.S.Judging
is completed, an extremely large entry might cause our show to
proceed too far into the evening. If we feel this is necessary,
entries will close before the stated time and if any need to be
refused, they will be sent back on a last received, first refused
basis.








Refreshments
will available on the showground, or bring your own.








There
are no Cups or Trophies on offer at this show.








Please
do not bring Raffle Prizes, we will not be holding a raffle or having
a Club Stall.











Should
this show have to cancelled because of Covid-19, all entry fees will
be refunded. In this event, online entries may be subject to an admin
charge from www.arenaprint.co.uk








In
accordance with Kennel Club advice, the Show results will not be
displayed anywhere, no Award Board will be present. We will make sure
the Class and all Show results are on our Society Facebook page as
soon as possible and also on our web site,



www.seeatss.org








A
Track and Trace form is attached to the back of this schedule, Please
fill it in and bring it with you to the show. It will be necessary
to put your T and T form in a receptacle at our show in order to
collect you ring numbers and catalogue if ordered.
